By car: 

Munich - Kufstein (Inntalautobahn A12 - motorway) - Innsbruck - exit "Ötztal" - Sölden

or
Munich - Garmisch - Scharnitz - Telfs - Ötztal - Sölden

or

Kempten - Füssen - Reutte - Fernpaß - Imst - Ötztal - Sölden

On the motorway in Austria you need a "vignette" a motorway tax. You will get at most petrol stations.   

By train: 
To Innsbruck or "Ötztal Bahnhof"; via bus to Innsbruck (drives 4 times per day) or to "Ötztal- Bahnhof" (drives 8 times per day) to Sölden

Flight to Innsbruck, München, Salzburg or Zürich; Train to "Ötztal- Bahnof" or Innsbruck - then you take the Bus to Sölden.
