The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (hereinafter referred to as „AGBH") are valid.
Our cancellation policies:
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel completely free of charge
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% from the total cost will be charged
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% from the total cost will be charged
- Cancellation during the last week before arrival, 90% from the total cost will be charged

Arrival & location
Sölden lies at the end of the Ötztal valley (Ötztal), in the province of Tyrol. Your Hotel Valentin is easily accessible by car, train and plane.
Valentin half board
The Hotel Valentin kitchen team takes pride in freshly preparing every meal. Enjoy the plentiful breakfast buffet. A choice of set menus for dinner is included in the Hotel Valentin half board.
Check In – Check Out
On day of your arrival, your room will be available from 3pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms before 10am on the day of your departure.
Children and reduction
Children are very welcome at the Hotel Valentin but please note, that there are no special facilities such as kindergarten or playing rooms for them. On request our team in the restaurant is glad to offer special meals for them.
We offer children reduction as follow
- 0-4 years: 100%
- 4-12 years: 50%
- from 13 years:20%
